Get started with the API
Create an API key, make your first call and read the answer. The Gloriads API lets a spreadsheet, a script or an automation read your account.
The Gloriads API lets your own tools — a spreadsheet, a script, an automation — read your account.
It is read-only. A key reads your account and changes nothing. The API is included in every plan and during the free trial.
To ask an AI assistant about your account, you need no key: see Connect an AI assistant.
1. Create a key
Settings → API → Create a key. Name it after the tool that will use it,
then copy the key. It starts with key_live_ and is shown only once.
How many keys you can hold and how to revoke one: Authentication and API keys.
2. Make your first call
Every request goes to https://gloriads.com/api/v1 and carries your key in
the Authorization header:
curl https://gloriads.com/api/v1/account \
-H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"/account proves the key works, describes the account it belongs to, and says
up to which day your Amazon Ads figures go:
{
"is_demo": false,
"subscription": { "status": "active" },
"api_key": {
"name": "My script",
"start": "key_live_ab12",
"scopes": ["read"],
"created_at": "2026-09-15T07:55:00.000Z",
"last_used_at": null
},
"connected_app": null,
"amazon_ads": {
"connection": "connected",
"marketplaces": 3,
"performance_data": {
"currency": "USD",
"first_date": "2021-03-01",
"last_date": "2026-10-09",
"synced_at": "2026-10-10T06:12:00.000Z",
"is_syncing": false,
"history_complete": true
}
}
}If connection is error, reconnect Amazon Ads in Settings → Amazon Ads:
the figures stop updating until you do.
3. Explore every endpoint
Your performance compared with an earlier period, your products, your Streaming TV campaigns, your campaigns with their keywords and ads, your rules and everything Gloriads did on Amazon: What the API reads lists every endpoint with an example. The API reference shows every parameter and response, with a Try it button.
Limits
60 requests per minute and 10,000 per day per account. Past either, the API
answers 429 with a Retry-After header: see Errors.
