Short answer. Quartile is a managed service: its AI and a dedicated strategist run your ads. Gloriads is software you control: rules you write, tested before they act. At $10,000 of monthly ad spend on one marketplace, Gloriads costs $239 a month against about $895 at Quartile, with no contract, and nothing changes at Amazon until you turn a rule on.
What is Quartile?
Quartile is a New York company, founded in 2018, that runs retail ads for brands with AI and a team. It says it serves over 5,300 customers in more than 32 countries, and every customer gets a dedicated strategist.
On Amazon, Quartile One is its AI: it builds one campaign per product, keyword and match type, creates new campaigns every day from the searches that convert, and changes bids and placements every hour. Quartile Versa keeps your own campaigns and adds rules that run daily, weekly or monthly.
Quartile also buys Amazon DSP on its own DSP seat and runs ads on Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok Shop and ChatGPT. Pro Suite, sold on top, adds Amazon Marketing Cloud audiences and market insights.
How Quartile's pricing and contract work in 2026
Quartile publishes no price. Its terms set a monthly amount by tiers of ad spend, number of channels and service level, paid in advance and non-refundable. Third parties report about $895 a month up to $10,000 of monthly ad spend for one marketplace, about $500 for each other marketplace, and a minimum of around $3,000 of ad spend.
There is no free trial. The first 60 days are a paid evaluation, which ends only with a cancel button in Quartile's portal: an email does not count, and the agreement ends 30 days after the click. Without that click, you move automatically to a one-year term that renews every year unless written notice arrives at least 60 days before the renewal. Leaving early costs every monthly fee left in the term.
This is recent. Quartile's terms of January 2026 still renewed month to month with 30 days' notice; the yearly term, the evaluation and the cancel button appeared at the end of March 2026.
Gloriads publishes its price, set by your Amazon ad spend of the previous month, with no percentage up to $100,000 a month. Every account starts with 14 days free and no card, then pays month by month, and cancels in one click.
Why advertisers leave Quartile
Quartile is well rated, mostly for its account managers. The complaints in its negative reviews come back to the same points:
- being billed after cancelling, or discovering the notice period too late;
- a price tied to ad spend, which some customers read as a reason to make them spend more;
- an AI they cannot see into: « a black box »;
- thousands of one-keyword campaigns that are hard to read, and harder to take back;
- account managers who change, and results that take months.
How Gloriads works instead
Gloriads keeps your campaigns as they are. It reads your Amazon Ads account, and changes only what a rule you turned on says to change.
A rule is IF, AND, OR, NOT and ELSE IF on any metric and any time window, running every hour to every 3 months, with ceilings that keep it in bounds. Test now shows every change it would make on your account before it acts.
Every change lands in Activity with its reason, and one click undoes it, or a whole run. Lists of keywords and ASINs that may never be negated protect your brand. Gloriads covers Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Streaming TV.
Where Quartile is better
If you want someone else to run your ads, Quartile gives you a strategist and a team. Gloriads gives you the controls, not a person.
Both can act every hour, but Quartile recalculates bids and placements by itself every hour from live hour-by-hour figures. Gloriads has figures hour by hour too, updated every night, and a day × hour schedule that pauses campaigns or sets bids at the hours you choose. Quartile also buys Amazon DSP and advertises on Walmart, Google, Meta and other retailers, which Gloriads does not.
Its Pro Suite adds Amazon Marketing Cloud audiences, and its goals can follow a margin built from your product costs or a TACOS. Gloriads reads a margin per product; TACOS is on its roadmap.
What you keep, and what to clean up, when you leave Quartile
Your Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Display campaigns are in your own Amazon Ads account: they stay, as they are, after Quartile. Its DSP campaigns and their audiences run on Quartile's own DSP seat and do not come with you; spend or claim a prepaid DSP balance before you leave.
Quartile's terms promise no export and no clean-up. Check what it leaves: one-keyword campaigns still spending without selling, bids and placement boosts left where the last hourly change put them, and your original campaigns paused since Quartile started.
The order that pays nothing twice: find your notice date, prepare Gloriads with every rule off while Quartile still runs, remove Quartile's access on your last day, then turn your rules on.
