How long is a Quartile contract?
One year, renewed automatically every year. Quartile's terms of September 28, 2026 (section 8.1(a)) set the initial term at one year from the effective date, and each renewal at one more year.
Before that year, the first 60 days are an evaluation period. It is paid, and it turns into the yearly term by itself unless you end it.
How do I cancel Quartile during the evaluation period?
Only with the cancel button in Quartile's portal. Section 8.1(b) says the button is the « sole and exclusive method », and that an email or written notice is not valid.
The agreement ends 30 days after the click, and those 30 days are paid. The button disappears when the evaluation ends.
How much notice does Quartile need?
60 days. After the evaluation, written notice of non-renewal must reach Quartile at least 60 days before the end of the term; send it to your account team and keep the proof.
Miss that day and the agreement renews for a full year. The calculator gives the deadline of the term you are in, and tells you when it has already passed.
What does it cost to leave Quartile early?
Every monthly fee left in the term. Section 8.2.1 calls it the Early Termination Amount: the monthly amount times the full months left, less what you already paid, due within 30 days.
Month to month exists only when Quartile agrees in writing, at a higher price; it then takes 30 days' notice and has no early termination amount.
How do I switch from Quartile without a gap?
Prepare the new tool before your last day, and switch on that day.
- Send your notice in time, and keep the proof.
- Connect your Amazon Ads account to the new tool with every rule off: both can read it at the same time.
- Spend or claim any prepaid DSP balance: DSP campaigns run on Quartile's own DSP seat.
- On your last day, remove Quartile's users and app from your Amazon accounts, then turn your rules on.
