Connect Amazon Ads
Link your Amazon Ads account so Gloriads can read your campaigns and create what you approve.
Gloriads works on your own Amazon Ads account. Until it is connected, the dashboard, the campaigns and the toolkit stay empty.

Connect
- Open Settings → Amazon Ads (new accounts also get this step right after sign-up).
- Click Connect Amazon Ads.
- Amazon asks you to sign in and to allow access. Sign in with the account you use in the Amazon Ads console.
- You come back to Gloriads, which lists your marketplaces.
Only the account's owner can connect or disconnect Amazon. One Gloriads account connects one Amazon login; to run several Amazon Ads accounts, link them to an Amazon manager account first, as Team and several Amazon accounts explains.
During early access, the connection opens account by account. If you see « The Amazon Ads connection is opening soon on your account », it is not open on yours yet.
What Gloriads can do once connected
| Gloriads… | When |
|---|---|
| Reads your campaigns, ad groups, ads and performance | Every day, and when you click Refresh |
| Creates or changes campaigns, ads, keywords and targets | Only after you approve a preview, in the toolkit |
| Changes bids, budgets and statuses, adds keywords and negatives | When a rule you turned on runs |
Nothing changes on Amazon without your approval: a preview you approve, or a rule you turned on.
Your marketplaces
Every marketplace of your Amazon Ads account appears with its flag. Opened a new marketplace on Amazon? Click Refresh marketplaces.
If Gloriads loses access
Amazon can withdraw the access: it expired, or it was removed from your Amazon account. Your Gloriads account is then on hold: your rules wait, your figures stop updating, and nothing is changed in your campaigns.
We email you to reconnect: once a day for a week, then once a week for five weeks. Click Reconnect Amazon Ads in Settings › Amazon Ads: everything starts again where it stopped, your rules included.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect. Gloriads stops reading your account at once, and your campaigns stay exactly as they are on Amazon. To remove Gloriads from Amazon's side as well, remove the app from your Amazon account's settings.
