Account & billing/Billing and trial

Billing and trial

How the free trial works, how your price is set each month, where your invoices are and how to cancel.

Everything lives in Settings → Billing, split into Overview and Payment.

The free trial

Your trial starts automatically when you create your account: full access, no credit card.

Nothing is charged during the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends — the account simply pauses until you subscribe.

Adding a payment method

During the trial, Add payment method on Settings → Billing. After it, Manage billing is where you update your card. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.

At checkout you can pay by card or from a US bank account (ACH debit). An ACH payment takes about four business days to arrive; you keep full access meanwhile.

Paying by bank transfer

Once your trial has ended, Pay by bank transfer on Settings → Billing opens an invoice with bank details made for your account (a US bank account created by Stripe). Send the amount within 7 days: the transfer is matched to the invoice automatically. You have full access straight away; if the invoice is still unpaid after its due date, the account pauses until it is paid.

Your invoices

Settings → Billing → Payment lists every invoice. Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can download them, update your card, or change your billing address and VAT number.

Your price each month

There is no plan to change. Each invoice charges the tier of your Amazon ad spend of the previous month, read from Amazon: plans and pricing explains the rule.

Settings → Billing → Overview shows:

WhatWhat it tells you
Ad spend of last monthThe price you pay this month.
Ad spend of this month, so farNext month's price if it stays there.
The tiersEvery tier and its price, yours highlighted.

Switching to annual

Pick Monthly or Annual on Settings → Billing, during the trial or when you subscribe. Once you pay, the billing period stays as it is — contact us to switch it.

Cancelling

Settings → Billing → Manage billing, then cancel in the page that opens. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is deleted when it lapses — your data is still there if you come back.

Deleting your account

That is a different action, on Settings → Account. It is permanent: your account and everything in it are erased.
